Nurmikko oli kasvanut yllättävän paljon kivetysten ylle –poistoon. Koko kukkapenkki oli ihan viidakko täynnä rikkaruohoja ja ehkä jotain istutettujakin ruohoja –poistoon. Ihan kaikki muut paitsi aiemmin keväällä leikatut ruusupensaat. Hommaan sai helposti kulumaan pari tuntia ja nyt on selkä enemmän jumissa kuin koskaan minkään treenin jälkeen! ;D Valmishan se ei ole, mutta siistitty -valmiina jotain pikkuistutuksia varten. Sinne ruusupensaiden alle… 🙂
Puutarhaurakan jälkeen maistui grillailu. Tein älyhyvää brokkoli-kukkakaalisalaattia, tässä tulee ohje kaikessa yksinkertaisuudessaan:
Pilko huuhdellut, raat kukkakaalit ja brokkolit astiaan.
Sekoita Creme Freshia tai muuta vastaavaa -aika pienet määrät riittää, ole nuuka 😉 Mulle tähän annokseen tuli kolme ruokalusikallista. Pikkusen sokeria, pikkusen pippuria. Oman maun mukaan oikeastaan.
Kuullota pannulla ”pinjakjerner” -mitäköhän nää on suomeksi, jotain siemeniä?…
…ja lisää ne lopuksi salaattin! That’s it.
Parhaiten sopii grillatun kalan kera.
Loppuviikoksi kun on grillikelejä luvattu… 🙂
