Tiedättekö mikä on onnea? Se on puhdas keittiö ja hiljainen, rauhoittava tiskikoneen hurina 🙂 Juu, mun mielestä astianpesukone pitää niin ihanaa ääntä. Oikeesti rauhoittavaa ja sellasta, et nyt asiat on järjestyksessä. Ja silloin on erityisen mukavaa tehdä ruokaa.
Rakastan muuten keittoja. Jauhelihakeitto on yksi mun suosikkiruoistani -sekä maun että helppouden puolesta. Sitä meillä on tänään tehty, astianpesukoneen rauhallisessa hurinassa 😉
Jauhelihakeittoon voi laittaa ylläolevien herkkujen lisäksi vähän mitä vaan ja esimerkiksi lanttua meillä ei tänään ollutkaan. Sit vaikka yksi lihaliemikuutio ja kuivattua basilikaa tai ruohosipulia ja koko homma valmistuu melkein itsestään 😛 Huomaatte muuten, että tykkään sipuleista 😉 Kaikenlaisista.
Oman maan porkkanat on nyt ihan hirmu isoja! Saa hyvät keitot.
Nyt kun ruokahommista on kyse ja koska te kyselitte meidän perjantai-illan tarjoiluista, niin kerronpa nopeasti että me nautiskeltiin tapaksilla ja sangrialla eli sellainen espanjalainen teemasaunailtahan se oli 😉 Ehkä muistattekin mun olleen Indiedaysin ja Rantapallon järjestämällä reissulla Madridissa alkuvuodesta ja siellä muun muassa tapas-kurssilla. Pääsin nyt siis vihdoin hyödyntämään oppeja :))
Tässä on kyllä niin täydellinen ateria^ 😛 Paljon voita tietysti ja täysmaitoa, mmm. Älkääkä naurako, pikku Teema-kulhoon mahtuu yllättävän paljon keittoa!
