Lucianpäivän DIY -joulukoristeetkoristeet tässä 🙂 Olen siis repäisyt vanhoista sisustuslehdistä (joissa on hyvälaatuista paperia) sivuja ja taitelut ne haitareiksi. Haitareihin olen kiinnittänyt langalla (ja vähän neulallakin) ohutta lankaa ja joulukuusenkoristeita; käpyjä ja palloja. Vähän enkeli- ja Luciamaisia juttuja, sopivat siis hyvin juuri tähän päivään! Viime joulunahan meillä oli lumihiutaleita ikkunoissa, nyt tällaisia sit.

Lucian päivän perinteisiä Lussekatter -pullia olen ajatellut leipoa lasten kanssa vasta perjantaina, mutta niille, jotka kaipailevat ohjetta jo tänään…:

Lussekatter

200g voita / 7 dl maitoa / 2 g safrania / 100g hivaa / 2 dl sokeria / 0,25 tl suolaa / 2 tl kaardemummaa / 16 dl vehnäjauhoja / muna voiteluun / rusinoita koristeluun

Sulata voi kattilassa / Lisää maito / Lisää safran lämpimään seokseen / Murenna hiiva kulhoon ja kaada lämmintä maitoseosta hiivaan ja sekoita kunnes hiiva on liuennut / Lisää loput maitoseoksesta hiivakulhoon/ Lisää sokeri, suola ja suurin osa vehnäjauhoista / Vaivaa taikinaksi / Peitä kulho ja kohota taikinaa noin 40 min / Leikkaa taikina palasiksi ja muotoile;  perinteisimmät lussekatter -pullat ovat s-kirjaimen muotoisia / Peitä pullat pellillä ja vielä kohota noin 40min / Koristele rusinoilla ja voitele munalla / paista lämmitetyssä uunissa 225 asteessa noin 10-12 min.

    Hauska haitari;) bongasinkin joku aika sitten ne lumihiutaleet ja tulikin ihan omakin lapsuus mieleen, tehtiin niitä silkkipaperista nyt ja silloin joskuskin…

  4. Kiva idea! Täällä meillä pikku Lucia hyppii sohvalla ja tarvis juuri tuollaista kivaa näpertelyä.
    En muuten tiennyt että Norjassakin syödään sahramipullia! ”Lussebullar” tai ”lussekatter” ovat mun mielestä tosi hyviä ja kuuluvat jo meidän ruotsalais-suomalaiseen jouluun.

  9. Söpönnäköisiä koristeita! Joulun kiireiseen aikaan sopii hyvin tuollainen helppo askartelu.
    Tykkään itsekin enemmän hillityistä koristeista näin vanhemmiten, nykyään tuntuu jenkkityylistä yltiökimallusta ja välkettä tunkevan silmille liikaa joka paikassa niin että tulee ihan ähky olo.

  12. Heia:) Tulin juuri katsomaan løydankø viimevuotisen lumihiutaleohjeen taalta ja tassa olikin linkki:) Takk! Kiva toi ed.postaus. Itse ostin hetki sitten jarkkarin ja totta.. sita on hankala kantaa mukana ja monesti kun tarttis niin ei ole matkassa. Kun digikamera oli lahes aina laukussa.
    Oletko tøissa vanhainkodissa? Jannaa etta teilla valk. tyøasut. Olen ollut siella etelassa ja taalla pohjoisessa hoitajana ja valkoiset asut vanhainkodissa lahinna keittiøhenkiløkunnalla:) Eli punaisissa, sinisissa ja vihreissa on kuljettu. Nyt aitiyslomalla. T. kalamuija (11pv vanhan vaavin aiti)

  15. Ihanan yksinkertainen ja silti näyttävä koristeluidea! Pullat oli mulle ihan uusi juttu, pitääkin tehdä joku kerta tarkempaa tuttavuutta ts. leipoa. 😀

PAKKO SANOA noista lumihiutaleista semmonen juttu, että kokeilkaas tehdä ne silkkipaperista ja kastaa sulatettuun steariiniin, sitten vaan nostaa ne sieltä parin sekunnin jälkeen ja ripottelee HETI päälle jotain kimallehilettä! Hienoja tulee 🙂 Samalla saa sitten tehtyä kananmunakennoista niitä käteviä takansytyke ruusukkeita jotka upotetaan steariiniin, ja kyllä takka syttyy helpolla ensi kerralla!! 😉

  28. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any techniques to help reduce content from being ripped off? I’d really appreciate it.

  43. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
