Tänään on ollut aivan fantastisen kaunis syyspäivä -enkä paljon muuta voi sanoa tästä uuden talon nurkalta lähtevästä metsiköstäkään…
Se on nyt kuulkaas oikeasti mammaloma ohi tältä erää ja töihin pitäis vissiin palata… Saa aika näyttää millä tahdilla, mutta eiköhän tässä vielä paljon tule kotona oltua. Mahdollisimman paljon. Sellainen käänteinen työviikko että viisi vapaata – kaksi töitä kuulostais aika hyvälle! 😛

Syksy täytyy ainakin nautiskella kotosalla pikkuisten kanssa ja laitella uutta pesää viihtyisäksi.
Käytiin taas talollakin tänään kurkkaamassa; ihanasti siellä nousee laattaa yläkerran kylppäriin ja Lukko-tapettia olkkarin seiniin. Perjantaina tulee keittiö, joten voisin kuvitella teidän ensi viikosta jo saavan jotain valmista kuvaakin… Pidetään siihen asti vielä pientä jännitystä yllä… 🙂
Remppamiehet saivat tänään lämmintä pullaa norjalaiseen tapaan:
Norske boller (20 kpl)
Tarvitset: *Paketin hiivaa *4dl huoneenlämpöistä maitoa *10 rkl sulaa margariinia *10 rkl sokeria *teelusikallisen kardemummaa *noin 11 dl vehnäjuhoja
1) Murenna hiiva kulhoon. Lisää hieman maitoa ja sekoita. 2) Lisää loppu maito, margariini, sokeri ja kardemumma. 3) Lisää vehnäjauhot ja sekoita taikina tasaiseksi niin, että se irtoaa kulhosta. 4) Peitä kulho lautasella ja anna taikinan nousta puolet suuremmaksi. 5) Tee nousseesta taikinasta pötköjä, jotka jaat 20 yhtä suureen osaan ja pyöritä tasaisiksi pulliksi leivinpellille. 6) Peitä pullat muovilla ja anna jälleen nousta puolet suuremmiksi. 7) Korista sokerilla ja ruiskauta tai sivele vettä pulien pintaan 8) Paista uunissa 225 asteessa noin 10 minuutta ja sivele maidolla uunista otetut pullat. Jäähdytä ritilällä.
