Aino nukkuu sateessa vaunuissa, Olli leikkii junaradalla ja minä ajattelin tulla kertomaan teille totuuden siitä, miksi blogin päivitystahti on pikkasen hidastunut. Miksi olen ollut väsynyt ja stressaantunut. Ja laihtunutkin.
Muuttoa voi helposti syyttää ja osasyyllinen varmasti onkin, mutta kyllä itse pääpiru on ihan toinen tekijä.
Se on ZUMBA.
Jos olisin tienyt mikä homma zumbatuntien suunnittelussa on, olisin varmaan toistaiseksi kieltäytynyt koko kurssista. Nyt se on myöhäistä. En pysty avaamaan konetta avaamatta iTunesia ja olla treenaamatta edes yhtä kappaletta. iStoresta jaksan etsiä hyviä zumbabiisejä ihan vaikka tuntitolkulla. Youtubesta selata erilaisia koreografioita ja napsia hauskoja detaljeja omiini.
Aamupuuroa keittäessäni tietsikka on pöydällä ja tanssin samalla parit biisit vähän tiukemmin takaraivoon kiinni. Illalla sängyssä mielessä kummittelee mahdolliset uudet moovit, jollen treenaa muutamaa kappaletta ennen nukkumaanmenoa.
En todellakaan ole mikään perfektionisti, mutta innostuessani saatan tehdä jotkut hommat silkasta intohimosta kovin perusteellisesti. Mun ihkaeka zumbaohjelma alkaa nyt olemaan valmis ja huomaan, miten myös olo alkaa samaa tahtia keventymään. Ou jees, alkaa taas olemaan aikaa muullekin, ei tarvi kelata koreografioita koko aikaa.
Asiasta kiinnostuneille voin kertoa, että mun tunnit alkaa Proyecto Unon Latinos -biisillä ja loppuvat Buena Vista social clubin De Camino a La Veredan. Muille tää postaus oli varmaan silkkaa zumbahepreaa, mutta teille olikin sitten kuvat päivänasusta ja ruuvailuista eli naulakoista, kenkäkaapista ja meidän talon sisäänkäynnistä yleensäkin! 🙂

Voi kun täälläkin ois zumbaa… täällä oli itseasiassa joku zumbakurssi nyt viikonloppuna, mutta itse en päässyt sinne ja jatkossa tunteja ei ole tietääkseni missään;(
Tanssimalla kilojen tiputus kuulostaa vaan niin hyvältä:)
täällä on jo ihan talvi. Paljon lunta ja viikonloppuna oli pakkastakin yli 10 astetta.

Ihana asu taas 🙂 Tuollaiset sadevaatteet kyllä kelpaisi, kun asuu keskustassa eikä viittis erämiehen asusteissa tarpoa siellä. Olisi ihanaa päästä kokeilemaan zumbaa ihan tunneilla, kotona vaan olen harjoitellut. Tarviiko siinä ihan kamalasti tanssitaitoa (siis tunneilla)? Täällä on nyt tullut yksi zumbatunti, kunhan vaan saan kasaan vuoden kurssimaksut (tylsää maksaa koko vuosi kerralla..) niin menen 🙂
