Knekkis

 

eli knekkebrød eli näkkileipä

Tästä terveellisemmäksi ei leipä yksinkertaisesti voi mennä. Eikä juuri maukkaammaksi. 

3 suurta munaa

10 rkl sesamin siemeniä

10 rkl auringonkukan siemeniä

3 rkl pellavan siemeniä

6 rkl kaurahiutaleita

2 tl merisuolaa (tai maun mukaan vähemmän..)

4 rkl jauhettua mantelia (jauha mantelit/mantelihiutaleet melkein jauhoksi, sellaiseksi ”hiekaksi”)

Sekoita ainekset kulhossa pehmeäksi taikinaksi. Ei vetisen juoksevaksi, eikä kuivaksi. Liian juoksevan tuntuiseen taikinaan lisää mantelijauhetta, liian kuivaan voi laittaa vielä yhden kananmunan.

Levitä taikina pellille mahdollisimman ohueksi levyksi. Tällä ohjeella pitäisi tulla yksi kokonainen pellillinen eli aikas monta näkkäriä. Paista levyä 150 asteessa 20-30 min: mitä kauemmin paistat, sitä tummempia ja kovempia näkkäreistä tulee. Mulle riittää 20 min; ovat silloin kivan pehmeitä syödä. Viipaloi levy heti uunista nostettuasi vaikkapa sellaisella pitsapyörällä näkkärin kokoisiin osiin ja anna jäähtyä (mieluiten ritilällä).

Mmmm. Maku on ihan uskomattoman hyvä. Vaikka söisi ihan pelkästään. Suosittelen niiiin lämpimästi kokeilemaan. Ei hiivaa, ei jauhoja… Ja ummetuksesta kärsivät voivat lisätä taikinaan pellavan siemeniä pikkasen, taattu vaikutus ;)))

(Ei me sentään näkäriä syödä lauantai-iltana, mutta hyvä leipoa jo alkuviikon tarpeiksi :P)

  2. Tarttis kokeilla tuota sinunkin versiota. Vaikutti hyvältä, miksei sitä voisi syödä näkkäriä muuten lauantai-iltanakin? Itsetehtyä ja ilmeisen hyvää, voiko sitä enempää itseään ja perhettään hemmotellakaan.
    Joulun aikaan sain Kotivinkki -lehden joltakin ja siellä oli tillinäkkärin ohje (itse korvasin tillin puolukalla) Tein näitä joulutervehdykseksi. Ihan erilainen ohje kuin Sinulla, sellainen perinteisempi ruisnäkkäri, mutta hyvää. Usemapi satsi syöty.

  3. Pakko oli testata. Ja hyvää oli. Plussana myös nopea ja helppo tehdä. Yks kysymys, onko sun pelti 50 vai 60 cm uuniin? Musta nimittäin ei tullut täyttä pellillistä 60 cm uuniin. Mutta pystyi jättämään keskelle peltiä eikä karannut minnekään. 🙂 Tulee olemaan jatkossa meidän vakileipää. Kiitos, kun jaoit ohjeen. Ja sulla on ihana blogi!

  6. Näkkäri on hyvää itsetehtynä. Meillä se on niin suursuosikki, ettei sitä näy pellillä enää seuraavana päivänä. Kaksi pellillistä ei meinaa neljälle hengelle riittää iltapalaksi.
    Itse teen gluteenitonta näkkäriä, johon sekoitan perunakuitua, auringonkukansiemeniä, pellavansiemeniä, seesamin- tai hampun siemeniä, gluteenitonta hedelmämysliä ja tattarijauhoa.

  9. Pitihan sita kokeilla tata ihanaa ohjetta minunkin nain sunnuntai-iltapaivana ja ihania nakkareita tuli! Vaikka jokseenkin persoonallisen nakoisia, koska taalta Belgiasta ei sellaista ihanuutta saa kuin leivinpaperi, joten jouduin repimaan nakkarit irti foliosta. En suosittele heikkohermoisille 😉

  10. Tein melkein samanlaista näkkäriä keliaakikko vierailleni, mutta siinä oli jauhoina kookosjauhot (ei manelijauhoa eikä kaurahiutaleita). Kookosjauhot on vähähiilarisia ja gluteenittomia. Helppoa ja hyvää!
    Sannille Belgiaan: eikös Belgiassa ole Tupperwaren-tehdas, kai siellä jostain löytyy joku, jolta voi tilata silikoni leivinalustaa/paistoalustaa, joka laitetaan pellille. Todella kätevä esim. pitsaa paistaessa.

  11. One thing I would really like to say is the fact before purchasing more laptop or computer memory, check out the machine into which it can be installed. If your machine is definitely running Windows XP, for instance, a memory limit is 3.25GB. Adding in excess of this would easily constitute a waste. Make sure one’s mother board can handle the particular upgrade quantity, as well. Great blog post.
