Juu teinhän minä. Sitä raparperipiirakkaa.
Raparperi on todennäköisesti ensimmäinen kasvimaajuttu, joka puutarhasta nousee keväisin. Se kasvaa nopeasti ja sitä kannattaa käyttää ahkerasti. Sanotaan, ettei raparperia tulisi syödä juhannuksen jälkeen, sillä mitä vanhempi raperperi on, sitä enemmän siinä on happoa ja lopulta lähes syömäkelvottoman paljon hapakkuutta. Jos kuitenkin kerää kaiken talteen jo hyvissä ajoin ennen juhannusta (ja vaikka pakastaa!), kasvaa raparpeille uudet, tuoreet, oikein syömäkelpoiset varret parissa vikossa -ja näin sen käyttöikä tuplaantuu heinäkuun puoliväliin asti.
Raparperi on siis todella helppo, runsassatoinen ja monikäyttöinen kesäherkku -ja tietysti terveellinen sisältäessään A-, B- ja C-vitamineja sekä monia hyviä mineraleja.
Ehkä maailman helpoin (ja herkullisin) raparperipiirakka:
Tarvitset: nipun raparperin varsia, noin kuusi kpl. // 1dl sokeria // (3rkl vehnäjauhoja)
Murutaikinaan: 2 dl vehnäjauhoja // 1dl sokeria // 1tl kanelia // 125g voita // 1dl murskattuja saksanpähkinöitä
-Voitele uuninkestävä vuoka ja vuoraa leipajauholla
-Pilko raparperit paloiksi vuoan pohjalle.
-Sekoita kuivat aineet keskenään ja murustele voi sormin sekaan. Lisää murutaikina raparperipalojen päälle.
-Paista uunin keskitasolla 200 asteessa noin puoli tuntia. Pinnasta saa tulla kunnolla ruskea ja rapea!
-Tarjoile lämpimänä vaniljajäätelön tai -kastikkeen kera.

Runo oli meillä käytössä isänpäiväkortissa ja meni suurinpiirtein näin: Rakas isä/äiti, saatat joskus kyllästyä, kun olen niin pieni. Jätän jälkiä ja sotken. Väsytän sinua. Mutta yhtenä päivänä olen iso ja sotkuistani on vain heikko jälki. Tässä on minun/nimi jälki, jotta muistat, miten pieni olen ollut.
Ja Johanna, kiitti rapsuohjeesta! Piti oikein kipaista takapihalle katsomaan, missä vaiheessa raparperimukulat ovat ja ovathan ne – vaiheessa! Meidän vakkarisuperherkku on ollut jo pitkään sun marjapiiras+jätski-ohje, vieraatkin osaavat sitä jo oikein odottaa. Tuliaisviemisenä myös oikein mieluisaksi todettu. Iloa ja aurinkoa!

Paljon en siis muuttanut alkuperäistä. Taulusta tuli tosi hieno ja toivon, että lasten äiti tykkää! 🙂 Samanlaisen aion kyllä tehdä sitten omien lasten kanssa joskus, ehkä se sitten auttaa olemaan hermostumatta pienistä sotkuista 🙂

Mut sain hymyilemään tuo ”leipäjauho” (korppujauho), joissain muissakin postauksissa olet hakenut erikoisempia sanoja – niin se suomenkieli vaan unohtuu kun ei sitä aktiivisesti käytän. Muistan kun olin teininä vaihto-oppilaana ja näki ekan karran unen englanniksi – hurjaa ja samalla aika pelottavaa.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ’Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to.
