Miksei mun mielestä ”kalakastike” yhtäkkiä kuulostanutkaan kovin herkulliselta? 😉 Miksi mulle tulee siitä mieleen sellanen harmaansävyinen läpikuultava liemi, jossa ui tilliä? Kirjoitin siis ohjeeseen ”lohikastike”, vaikka tähän voi tosiaan laittaa mitä tahansa kalaa. Ei mikään ihmellinen gourmetkikkailu, mutta superhelppo ja herkullinen ohje, johon mulla ei mitään tarkkoja määriä ole antaa… kunhan laitat purkin ranskan kermaa ja siihen sopivasti maun mukaan soijakastiketta ja lopuksi kalamaustemixiä.
Alla näkyy myös tollanen ”kalakastiikeeseen” hyvin sopiva kotiasu you know ;))
Muille lohdutukseksi siis kalakastiketta, kun yksi onnekas saa Beach Housen vuodevaatteet (näissä arvonnoissa on ihan kamalaa se, ettei voi valita tuhatta voittajaa :((( ):
