Knekkiksiin eli näkkäreihin olen ennenkin laittanut ohjeen, mutta voi olla et tää on himpan erilainen, en muista. Laitan nyt kuitenkin ohjetta taas kun on taas tällanen näkkärkausi menoillaan 🙂 Ohjeesta sen verran, että kauralaeseillä tarkoitan niitä tavallisia Elovena-juttuja, joista puuroakin keitetään. Kaurahiutaleet taas ovat tässä yhteydessä sellaista hienoisempaa kauraa, jota täällä kutsutaan nimellä kruskakli.
Taikinan tykkään painella käsin pelille -saa hyvän näppituntuman milloin taikinalevy on tarpeeksi ohut eikä sitä tosiaan enää uskalla ohuemmaksi painella.
Ja uunia tosiaan kannattaa avata paiston aikana viidentoista minuutin välein, ”tuulettaa” näkkäreitä ja poistaa kosteutta. Ja viimeisen puolituntia paistella knekkiksiä vielä sadassa asteessa, jotta ne varmasti kuivuvat.
Tiedän, et voisin joskus vähän harrastaa itsekritiikkiä ja rajoittaa näiden omakuvien julkaisua, joissa mulla on hullunkiilto silmissä tai ihan sekopäinen hymy (kts. ed. postaus Linen ja Thomaksen välissä)… Tai tukka ihan tuhannen sotkussa. Ja silti ne vaan aina pääsee tänne 😛

Norjassa muuten lihapullille tosi tavallinen tilbehööri on hernemuhennos, jota voisi varmaan tehdä ihan helposti suomalaisesta purkkihernekeitosta eikö vaan? Laittaa tavallista vähemmän vettä? Hernemuhennos on nimittäin tosi hyvää lihapullien ja perunoiden kera:

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
