Sellainen kuvasarja/sarjakuva maaliskuun ekalta aamulta 🙂
Mulla ois oikeastaan ollut tänään kahdeksas päivä putkeen ihan oikeissa töissä, mutta koska mulla on myös jumppatyöt torstaiaamuna, sain vapaata. Puhelin soi kuitenkin hyvissä ajoissa ennen herätyskelloa. Kyllä, sieltä oikeista töistä. Kiitti. Heräsin sit ajoissa tänäänkin 😉 Mun en voinut jakaantua kahteen eri työpaikkaan joten reippailin vaan sit sinne jumppaan joskus ennen kasia jumppatrikoissani 😉 Ja huomaatteko minkälaisessa ilmassa…. ❤
Mun on tehnyt mieli kauheasti ihan kuvata mun tunnin jalkatreeni teille tänne koska se on mun mielestä niin hauska, eikä sitä voi vain selittää kun kaikki liikkeet on tehty suoraan musiikkiin <–mikä siis tekee siitä treenistä hauskan. Sit näen mielessäni kaikki Jutta Gustavsbergit, joiden mielestä jumpat ja zumbat ovat lapsellista leikkiä eikä oikeaa treeniä tehdä ilman rautaa. Ja mietin et mitä minä muka mistään tehokkaasta jalkatreenistä tiedän, en laita 😛 Katotaan jos kerään rohkeuteni joskus hih.
Salin jälkeen huomasin että meidän pihassa kukkii krokukset. Vau!
Ja nautiskelin aamupalan numero2.

Sinun on ihan pakko laittaa se jalkatreeni tänne!!! 😀 Itsekin ohjailen jumppatunteja ja olen jo pitkään kärsinyt siitä (tai asiakkaat ainakin kärsivät…), etten keksi mitään uutta tunneilleni… sitä samaa vaan aina ja aika ei riitä käymään muiden tunneilla, joten jotain uutta pitäis keksiä vaikka väkisin!! 🙂 Itseäni ainakin kyllästyttää aina ne samat askelkyykyt ja pakaraliikkeet. Joten laita kiltti se jalkatreeni meidän iloksi! 🙂 Sitä paitsi ei Jutilla yms kumppaneilla ole aikaa olla koneella, kun ne treenaa kaiken vapaa-ajan 😀

Olin just käymässä Oslossa (sunnuntaista torstaihin) ja kyllä niin masensi, kun astuin Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentältä ulos… Räntää ja kylmää ja liukasta! Niin teki mieli kääntyä kannoilla ja lähteä samantien takaisin!

Vitsit kuinka kevät on siellä etelässä pitkällä. Hordalandissakin aurinko on kyllä tällä viikolla lämmittänyt, mutta krookusten kukkimista pitänee odotella vielä tovi.
Kiitos kaunis kauniista blogista. Löysin tämän aikoinaan ystävieni suosituksesta kesällä ennen Norjaan muuttoani. Ja siitä lähtien seuraillut tiiviisti (päädyin silloin lukemaan myös edeltävän version). Tämä norjalaiselämän romantisointi piristää kyllä kovasti välillä vuoristorataa kulkevaa omaa Norjan arkea.
