Terkkuja Nike Blastista Oslosta, täällä yksi suuuperväsynyt hyppijä huutelee hotellin sängynpohjalta viimeisillä voimillaan! 🙂 Mun osalta päivä on koostunut oikeastaan pelkistä tanssitunneista. Burlesquea, lattaria, Supertylin’ia ja sellasta. Huominen alkais DanceUPilla ja SH’BAMilla kello 9-11.15…. JUHUU 🙂
Sitä ennen pitäisi vielä raahautua muiden jumpatyttöjen kanssa illallistamaan. Meillä on treffit hotskun ala-aulassa puolen tunnin kuluttua ja mul on vielä tukka märkä ja meikit jossain repun pohjalla 😉

Laitan tämän Treeni- osioon aiemmin kirjoittamani kommentin kysymyksineen tänne, jos huomaat täältä ja saisin vastauksia.:)
Miten tulit aloittaneeksi ryhmäliikuntatuntien ja jumppien vetämisen ja kauanko olet tehnyt sitä? Mitä kaikkia tunteja vedät? Mistä kannattaisi aloittaa?
Itse olen vetänyt muutamia sijaistunteja (venyttelyä ja muokkausta), ja nyt houkutus on taas tullut pintaan, jännitys täytyisi hälventää ja itsevarmuutta pitäisi jostain vielä kaivaa esiin lisää:)
Veditkö jo Suomessa tunteja vai aloititko vasta kun muutit Norjaan? Palkkauserot?
